Amazon Kindle
I recently bought a Kindle from Amazon and have had the best time reading and finding so many free and cheap books to read. There are a lot of books available out there for FREE and quite a few under $2.00. A lot of the free books on Amazon are only free for a limited time so you need to get them while you can. You have the option to download the book directly to your Kindle (which is done by the Whispernet technology on your Kindle) or you can download it to your computer and send it to your Kindle later. For those of you that do not have a Kindle, you can download the "Kindle for PC" application and read the books on your computer. Oh, and did I mention that if you have an iPod or iPhone you can get the Kindle app and download Kindle books. The Kindle is an awesome e-reader-no more holding the book open. It also automatically saves your place for you. A single charge can last up to 14 days depending on your usage and whether you leave the Whispernet on. Check out all of the great information about the Kindle at Amazon.com.
